Cooked from scratch wherever possible, using organic and free-range ingredients, every detail considered — from the food and tableware to the atmosphere of the room. Limited to just 10 guests, Youtori is designed to give you space to slow down and savour the evening. The name itself is inspired by the Japanese word yutori (ゆとり) — meaning ease, space, and breathing room.
